It’s just outside the Teens & Tweens area upstairs, and includes books on flower and vegetable gardening, landscaping, caring for houseplants, paper-crafts, and many kinds of needlework. Maker Wednesdays
For grades K-5. Join us for Yarn Adventures all month, beginning with How to Finger Crochet on Mar. 1st. Drop in: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Family Storytimes – Wednesdays and Saturdays
For all ages. Enjoy a lively read aloud and then check out books to take home to read, read, read. Bring a friend! Drop in: 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM.
Friday Arts@Clark for Children and Families
For all ages. Stop in Friday afternoon to enjoy our ongoing art exhibits and see what’s new in the Children’s Room. Drop in: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Saturdays are Maker Days!
For all ages. Come explore the Makerspace every Saturday afternoon. Come for a visit and create something! Drop in: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Remember, the Bethany Book Club has started meeting again! Make sure to check the Library’s Calendar of Events or the Bethany Bulletin each month for the date of the next meeting and the title of the book to be discussed if you are interested in joining. All are welcome! This month’s meeting will be on Tuesday, March 21st, at 2:00 PM in the ground floor Meeting Room – the book under discussion will be The Forest Lover by Susan Vreeland. Black History Month 2023
February is Black History Month! Have you seen our Black History Month book displays?
Melt My Heart: a special arts and crafts project for all ages. Create a meltable heart with our melty beads – a perfect valentine surprise!
Takes place Saturday, Feb. 11th. Drop in 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Make sure to visit Clark Memorial Library for Take Your Child to the Library Day 2023 between February 1st and February 4th! And while you’re here, enter our TYCLD Book Basket Raffle for a chance to win one of two gift baskets filled with award winning books! This year we are offering a Caldecott Basket and a Newbery Basket.
